▎ScreenFect®Booster

在完成HEK293F悬浮细胞的ScreenFect®UP-293转染后，于转染后16小时添加ScreenFect®Booster增效剂，可显著提升蛋白产量。该增效剂含特定复合组分，通过重编程细胞代谢路径（从增殖模式转向蛋白合成模式），从而高效提升大多数目标蛋白的表达水平。

Founded in 1992, Immunolab started its operations as routine laboratory for allergy diagnostics. The name Immunolab originates from this task, applying immunological methods. Soon we started with the development, production and distribution of our own products. Both, food safety and IVD medical devices were covered from the very beginning. Products and processes were driven by quality thinking which resulted in the accredited establishment of our quality management system in 2002, followed by the accreditation of all IVD products according to the European legislation. As a demand of constant growth we moved to our own facility in 2007, which was extended considerably in 2015 and is equipped according to all modern standards. Created in the early 90's BioCytex a French biotech company became part of the Stago Group in 1994. BioCytex affiliate is specialised in the development of standardised flow cytometry kits in the field of Haemostasis. Since the foundation of BioCytex in the close proximity of the University and Hospital Complex of La Timone / La Conception in Marseille (France), the need of standardisation in flow cytometry analysis still remains a topic of concern. Inter-laboratory reproducibility, day to day reproducibility and positivity and/or negativity threshold determination are a real need that can be addressed by the use of quantitative flow cytometry application kits. This is the expertise offered by BioCytex. After the success of our first generation of products with the QIFIKIT, we strove to improve and tune our quantitative flow cytometry technology and applied it to the analysis of platelets (PLATELET line), leukocytes and red blood cells (CELLQUANT / REDQUANT lines).

DENDRITICS was started in 2005 by former members of SCHERING PLOUGH Laboratory for Immunological Research (LIR) in Dardilly, France. From their long experience at LIR, the team members of DENDRITICS have gathered complementary scientific and technological knowledge in different areas of immunology. The initial focus of LIR was in the biology of B lymphocytes, elaboration of human monoclonal antibodies, and in cytokine discovery (IL-3, IL-4, IL-7, IL-10, IL-17, GM-CSF) together with our colleagues of DNAX Research Institute in Palo Alto, California.

Our interest in cytokines led to the finding that human dendritic cells (DCs) could be generated in vitro from CD34+ hematopoietic progenitors cultured in the presence of GM-CSF and TNF-alpha.

The period from 1992 to 2005 saw the specialization of LIR in DC biology and was fuelled by a large-scale effort to discover and study the function of genes specifically expressed by these cells. This program led to a number of findings that contributed in particular to understanding the heterogeneity of DCs, the pathways regulating DC migration, the function of C-type lectin receptors in DCs and the activity of Toll-like receptors in DCs. Many novel genes were discovered through screening of cDNA libraries or through monoclonal antibodies raised against DCs.
